Website Roadmap
Define and own the website product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Conduct user research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new features and enhancement.
Partner with UX/UI agencies to create intuitive, responsive, and engaging web experiences.
Collaborate with developers to implement features and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to monitor performance and guide data-driven decisions.
Understand the features offered by the CMS platform (Sales Force)and try to maximise the usage to improve TAT for website updates like landing page creation, blog addition etc.
Performance measure:
Timely go live of Features
Improve User experience through design and content interventions
Utilization of the features
Business impact/improvement in the experience from the roll out
