We are looking for you to strengthen our customer service team in Darmstadt

International Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

(Customer Service Representant)

As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for global order processing and customer service for our international business clients. You will work closely with colleagues from logistics, sales, finance and administration in a highly coordinated team environment. 

Your main tasks 

  • - Processing of incoming license orders
  • - Packing and shipping of license dongles
  • - Coordination with our logistics partner
  • - Dispatch of information and installation materials
  • - Maintenance and administration of customer and product data in our customer portal
  • - Written and telephone service for customers (orders, licenses, general inquiries)
