The International Consumer Insights & Research Analyst is a source of truth for understanding consumer preferences, consumer behavior, and category trends.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include vendor relationship management, survey development, survey analysis, and report development. This individual will lead the International Brand Health Tracking program, ensuring the surveys and outputs consistently meet the needs of internal stakeholders and international franchisees. The role also supports the rollout of the Voice of the Customer (VoC) program to elevate the customer experience across markets.
