About the role - Kōrero mō te Tūranga
This role sits within our International Travel Unit - a small team who provide travel facilitation services and support for MPI staff who are required to travel internationally. The team takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service – and have lots of fun along the way.
In this role you will;
* work closely with both our travellers and MPI's external travel provider to obtain quotes, and book flights and accommodation
* facilitate matters relating to passports, security, foreign exchange, devices, cultural protocol advice, safety and wellbeing advice, country and region risks, insurance, expenses and allowances
