JOB SUMMARY
The Internal Quality Assurance Officer ensures that all organizational processes, procedures, and outputs comply with the company’s internal quality standards and regulatory requirements within the pawnshop and money services industry. The role is responsible for internal audits, document control, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. It also works closely with different departments to strengthen quality systems, resolve non‑conformities, and ensure proper implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
