Responsibilities/Job Description:

Fairview is seeking an InternalMedicine Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Fridley. This is a thriving, multi-specialty outpatient practice serving a diverse patient population across age, socioeconomic status, and cultural backgrounds.

Position Overview:
The Family Medicine Physician will examine, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages for acute injuries, infections, and illnesses, while also providing preventive care and counseling patients and families on acute and chronic conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, team-based care model focused on high-quality outcomes and patient-centered care.

Practice Details:

• 20-provider primary care practice with multiple specialists onsite
• Average 18 patient encounters per day
