Job Description
Manage and respond to inbound customer support tickets through a ticketing system
Handle billing inquiries, subscriptions, and operational customer requests
Support onboarding activities and guide trial users through initial platform setup
Coordinate demo requests and follow up with prospects and active users
Maintain accurate records and tracking in the CRM system
Provide consistent follow-up and ownership of open items until resolution
