What You Will Be Doing

• Payment Reconciliation (Main Project)
  • Review and verify clinical trial site payments using Excel tools.
  • Compare amounts across SAP reports, invoices, and internal trackers.
  • Identify outstanding payments or overpayments and document findings.
  • Collaborate with payment analysts to resolve discrepancies.
• SAP Support
  • Assist with vendor creation and purchase order (PO) setup in SAP.
  • Update and maintain PO information in alignment with study budgets.
• AP Payment SharePoint Mini Project
  • Help build a one‑stop SharePoint hub for all payment related resources.
