Job Description
- Assist the Training Academy Team with various projects and tasks
- Assist in the setup of the upcoming regional Training Academy located in the future Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) Singapore
- Support initiatives related to People Excellence, Sales Qualification, and Aftersales Qualifications, including regional product and branding training, skills training, staff certification, and related change management efforts
- Monitor training KPIs, generate monthly KPI reports on training success, and facilitate communication with local market trainers
- Opportunities to work directly with our 13 Asia Pacific markets including Singapore
- Study in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or any relevant other studies
- Prior internship experience preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
