Job Description
Responsible to support operational transfer process execution from the initiation to the implementation and needs to ensure Tactical Buyer (TB) /Operational Supplier Coordinator (OSC), Logistics Supplier Manager/Account Lead (LSM/AL) and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) take the right actions on time.
Responsible for supporting the involved operational stakeholders (TB and OSC) to ensure operational transfer flow adherence.
Responsible for reporting out towards the Transfer Manager/Category Manager/Service Operations on the status of each transfer.
Responsible execute operational process as efficient as possible.
Request for golden sample shipment, make an overview for steerco approval, makes sure all Operations Transport Coordinator owned fields in the Masterfile are maintained and will arrange for closure actions.
