• To work with the team to review and maintain the different Operational Brand Standards & guidelines for properties managed by The Ascott Limited.
• To work with corporate teams to integrate brand standards and guidelines and incorporating Brand-specific requirements.
• To assist with annual Service and Product Reviews ( SPRs ) include data collation and analysis.
