Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for overall corporate events and activities.
• Assist in drafting content such as press releases, media invites, and briefing notes for review.
• Assist in managing media requests and maintaining an updated media database to support campaign initiatives.
• Assist in management of CSR activities and related administration matters.
• Conduct initial reviews of donation and sponsorship requests to ensure they align with corporate values.
• Maintain and update internal platforms (intranet/newsletters) with relevant and timely content.
• Ensure all communication materials comply with established Policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Process payments and billings against vendors’ invoices and ensure completion of all necessary documentation before submission for payment.
