This project supports the Enclosure Attach (EA) automation rollout at MMP by strengthening enablement readiness, improving EA utilization visibility, and reducing execution risk. The internship focuses on establishing structured tracking for EA utilization, training and certification readiness, and cross‑functional enablement actions.
