Intermediate Piping Stress Engineer

to join our

Mechanical Engineering

team based in

Calgary, AB .

Your Role:

Perform static and dynamic stress analysis of piping systems for facilities including refineries, pipelines, power generation, and slurry transportation systems.

Complete pipe flexibility assessments and pipe support design/specification, including guides, spring hangers, snubbers, anchors, and expansion joints.

Perform pipeline sizing, wall thickness calculations, and engineering assessments including hot tap evaluations.

Prepare and review piping stress deliverables including calculations, specifications, technical reports, and regulatory submission packages.

Design and specify piping components and pipe support systems in accordance with project and client requirements.
