CDM Smith is looking for an Intermediate Marketing Content & Database Administrator.
This role maintains the firm’s marketing content database on SharePoint, ensuring all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with firm’s standards. The position focuses on content editing, quality control, and database management, supporting business development efforts across the firm.
You will work with marketing teams and technical staff to review, update, and manage content used in proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
This is a process-driven, detail-focused role involving routine review and editing of content to ensure it is complete, accurate, and ready for use.
