Amentum is seeking a **Intermediate** **Counterintelligence Officer** to support our U.S. Department of Energy and Counterintelligence (DOE-IN) contract. Positions will be based in the Washington, D.C area.

**Responsibilities** Serves as Counterintelligence Officer (CIO), specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

+ Conducting CI/Counter Terrorism (CT) investigations across the DOE complex.
+ Works closely with the FBI and the USIC to assist in any ongoing espionage, terrorism, or related operations and investigations at responsible facilities.
+ Serve as liaison and interface with DOE facility management and local law enforcement agencies surrounding the assigned facility.
+ Provides case-related updates to the Senior Counterintelligence Officer (SCIO), facilities senior management and other DOE CI executives.
