This dynamic role is all about driving an exceptional customer journey for IFB’s Modular Kitchen offering. From nurturing leads and understanding customer expectations to successfully closing projects and ensuring flawless execution, you will be at the heart of delivering a premium kitchen experience. Working closely with various teams, you’ll be responsible for transforming customer needs into beautifully designed kitchens, ensuring every stage of the project runs smoothly and on time, with customer satisfaction as your ultimate goal.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet design-related revenue targets
Manage assigned leads and coordinate store visits
Understand customer requirements and develop design concepts
Prepare and revise drawings (2 D/3 D) until client approval
Generate quotations and assist in closing sales
Meet and consult walk-in customers at the showroom
