Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop design concepts and strategies for high-end residential and hospitality projects
- Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Utilize Autocad, Corona, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Indesign to create comprehensive design documentation and visualizations
- Participate in site visits and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed accurately and to the highest standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects
- Contribute to the development of design proposals, schedules, and budgets
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints
