Job Scope

• Manage and oversee corporate workspace projects from concept development to space planning and design execution
• Develop creative design proposals, mood boards, presentation materials, and 3D visualisations for client presentations
• Present design concepts confidently to clients and support the sales team in project pitching and deal closure
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion
• Prepare design drawings, material selections, and project documentation submissions
• Conduct site visits, attend project meetings, and ensure design intent is carried through during construction
