Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D perspectives/renders to visualize the final retail space.
- Produce high‑quality visualizations, walkthroughs, and presentations to communicate design intent to clients.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
- Convert 2D drawings and floor plans into realistic 3D perspectives.
- Select and apply materials, lighting, and textures to enhance realism in renderings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and visualization techniques.
- Support the design team with technical drawings and documentation when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in 3D software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD).
- Excellent eye for detail, color, and spatial composition.
