Key Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Design Software: Create detailed spec sheets and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Experience with RCP Plans: Draft reflected ceiling plans (RCPs) detailing the ceiling elements of a design
• Furniture Planning Skills: Develop comprehensive furniture plans, including layouts and specifications
• Wall Decoration and Detailing: Design wall decorations and provide detailed sections and elevations
• Knowledge of Schedules: Create schedules listing the quantities, finishes, and other attributes of design elements
