A leading fintech organisation specialising in payments technology is seeking a Legal Contracts Manager to support on a focused project for an initial 10 weeks. This role offers C-Suite exposure and the opportunity to play a pivotal role within a lean legal team.
Your new role
Reporting into both the Senior Legal Counsel and CFO, you will primarily review, organise, and standardise revenue-generating customer contracts across the business. In addition to this, the role will also be pivotal in:
Template & boilerplate development
Establishment of legal document management processes
Corporateernance review (including shareholder and C-Suite engagement) andpanies House filings
What you'll need to succeed
