The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR professional to join us on a fixed-term, part-time maternity cover. This is a strategic yet hands‑on role, providing HR leadership and continuity across The Eastside Rooms and Aloft Birmingham Eastside.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Regional GM and Senior Leadership Team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining alignment with our people strategy while supporting the ongoing development of our talented HR team of four.
