Job Description
An interim HR executive is needed for our client in Abu Dhabi. The position will be fixed for 2 months and is to start urgently. The role, in the main, will be to assess and review in detail the current rewards, compensation and benefits and employment contracts in place, make recommendations to senior management and implement agreed actions.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will evaluate the existing rewards and benefits structures, conduct an in-depth review of employment contracts, provide detailed recommendations to senior management, and drive the implementation of approved actions. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and influencing skills at a senior level.
Qualifications- Degree educated or equivalent.
