Requirements

• You're a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with at least 8 years' post-qualified experience
• (Desirable) You've worked in hospitality, vacation rental, property management, real estate or a similar merchant-of-record / trust-accounting model
• You've held a senior finance leadership role in a multi-entity, multi-currency group
• (Desirable) You've led remote, distributed finance teams across time zones
• You're confident managing external accountants and tax advisers across multiple territories, and comfortable working across cultures and time zones
• (Desirable) You have working knowledge of Dutch and/or Spanish
• You operate credibly at Board level but is equally at home in the detail of a month-end close or a tax remediation
• You're fluent in QBO or an equivalent cloud GL, and comfortable with modern finance and PMS systems
