Contract Details

• £500-£550 per day (Inside IR35)
• Initial 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension

The Role

As Commercial Estates Manager, you will:

• Lead and support a small team of Estates Surveyors delivering day-to-day estate management activities.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on estates policies, procedures, and best practice to officers, senior management, and elected members.
