Overview

A mission-driven private nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Interim CFO to provide strategic and operational financial leadership during a critical period of growth and transformation. The organization currently serves approximately 370 individuals annually and is planning to scale operations by up to 3x, supported by a diverse funding model that includes philanthropy (75% of revenue), program fees, state appropriations, and county grants.

This role will partner closely with executive leadership and the Board to assess and strengthen the finance function, ensure financial integrity, and position the organization for sustainable expansion. The Interim CFO will also play a key role during a major capital campaign and organizational evolution. Non-profit experience is a must!
