Our client well established business based in Maldon going through a period of transformation. They are looking to recruit an Interim Accounts Assistant to help support the day-to-day activities of the business to aid the transition.

Responsibilities:
As an Interim Accounts Assistant you will...

  • Process and accurately input supplier invoices onto the finance system, ensuring correct coding and supporting documentation to maintain an organised and up-to-date purchase ledger.
  • Assist with regular payment runs, preparing payment schedules, reconciling supplier balances, and ensuring invoices are processed in line with internal approval procedures.
  • Maintain organised financial records through effective filing and document management, ensuring invoices and related paperwork are stored accurately and easily retrievable.
