Provide operational leadership across Booking and Scheduling services to ensure effective and timely delivery of performance indicators and drive operational excellence. Deliver the change plans from improvement programmes and projects within Booking and Scheduling to fully integrate into sustainable daily business and realise financial and qualitative benefits.
