Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate different NOC Entities to complete NOC documents, issues and clearance.
- Keep a record for each NOC and its progress.
- Identify the Client requirements pertaining to NOC.
- Interface and prepare documents and resubmission as required.
- Make emails and calls to third‑party agency coordinators to understand their actual requirements and response.
- Keep the NOC register updated.
- Prepare NOC documents, drawings and calculations using project team and consultant as required.
- Arrange meetings with NOC teams, third‑party entities, clients, etc.
- Prepare agenda and minutes of all NOC and interface meetings.
- Coordinating with other contractors for interface issues.
- Coordinating with the Engineering team to update changes in engineering documents and drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Google Earth and ArcGIS.
- Speak English and Arabic.
