The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Solicitor to join a thriving and ambitious IP team in London.

Working closely with partners and a specialist team, you will advise on a broad range of intellectual property disputes and litigation matters. The caseload will include trademark disputes, passing off claims, copyright matters, design rights disputes and patent‑related issues.

You will take ownership of a varied and high‑quality caseload, advising a diverse client base that includes businesses operating within the sports, fashion, retail and consumer brands sectors.
