Project Description

• The Integration Release Manager (IRM) role has historically required a hybrid skill set.
• While the role focuses on integration, release management, and SDLC coordination, it also requires a strong understanding of networks and infrastructure to plan, execute, and govern complex network cutovers during integrations.

In the past, we have held direct walkthroughs with the hiring manager to ensure DXC had transparent visibility into the role's scope and expectations.

IRM Expectations

• Lead and orchestrate end-to-end integration releases, including network cutovers.
• Possess sufficient network/infrastructure knowledge to drive planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Communicate effectively and manage a diverse set of technical and business stakeholders.
