Purpose of the Job

The purpose of the Integrated Media & Performance Leader role is to define media strategy and contribute to the sales growth and profitability through effective media implementation. This role contributes to marketing budget planning and allocation of each media, including search, to continuously improve marketing ROI and performance.

Responsibilities of the Job

• Contribute to the development and execution of the marketing plan, ensuring alignment with common objectives and goals to enhance performance and output.
• Responsible for leading the Integrated Media function, driving the totality of the IKEA offering to the market through all paid media.
