Integrated Community Midwife (Permanent)

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is looking for Band 6 Integrated Community Midwives to join our supportive, forward thinking maternity service in permanent positions. You'll provide high quality, personalised and evidence based midwifery care across our community teams and alongside colleagues within our midwifery led Birth Centre.

Working both autonomously and as part of the wider multidisciplinary team, you will support women and birthing people throughout the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal periods. You will contribute to the delivery of safe, equitable and compassionate care, while playing an active role in promoting informed choice, continuity and positive experiences.
