Integrated Case Management Services Worker
Location: Rochelle Park / In the Community
FT: 40
Hourly: $21.15 - $22.12

You will provide direct case management services to an adult mental health population. You will spend 50% of your time face-to-face with consumers in their homes and the community and have an opportunity to use various evidence-based modalities (such as CBT, MI, etc.) to aid in the mental health recovery journey of your clients.
