As an Intake Specialist I, you are the engine behind accurate, timely document processing. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations moving by handling incoming documents, performing data entry, managing renewals, and ensuring every item is logged, tracked, and processed with accuracy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in getting the details right. Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation: $19 - $20/hr based on experience What you will be doing: 

Receive, open, scan, and log incoming mail and packages using Excel and internal systems.

Identify and log documents accurately for tasks including Plate Logs and New/Reject workflows.

Prepare documents for OCR scanning by removing staples and organizing paperwork.
