Intake Counsellor - Philippines

Responsibilities

• Primary role: To provide high quality solution-focused counselling and information support services telephonically to employees of our client companies. Provide evidence-based counselling support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Master's in Psychology or Counselling.
• Active and Valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychometrician. If your master's degree is counselling, you must hold a valid license to practice counselling.
• Ability to provide counselling within a short-term framework.
• A person has to be willing to relocate to Malaysia; we will sponsor a working permit, but the person needs to bear their own relocation and accommodation.
• Tagalog and English languages are essential.
• Experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field preferable.
