The Intake Coordinator position is the Care Traffic Controller responsible for acting as the hub for new clients- managing all aspects of the client intake process by utilizing outstanding sales, marketing and customer service skills. These duties will be performed with consistent communication between the intake team and customer service department. This position operates in an office bases, fast paced environment that requires attention to detail, organization, and intuition. The Intake Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing & Community Outreach and works at the Girard office. Comfort with computers and technology is critical, as the primary function of this role is to serve as the data controller of new clients throughout the admissions process.
