This Intake Coordinator role is across our Inpatient Program areas. You will play an important role in being the first contact point for patients in these areas. This role is Part-time, 2 days a week.

Outpatients, staff and doctors look to our Intake team for compassionate understanding, efficient solutions and consistent results for their future plans. Along with this, the team provides highly skilled customer service, communication with our multidisciplinary team and liaison with other key staff within the Clinic. Part of your day will include patient assessments both over the phone or in person, arranging acceptance into programs, confirming bookings and provision of information.
