Location: Wellington Central - CADS Community Mental Health Locality. Contract: Permanent, Full Time (1FTE).

About the Role

Adelaide Road Community Mental Health and Addictions Services are located within walking distance of many community services and amenities. There are many low cost carparks available, including Wellington Hospital, which is within walking distance nearby. A Bus stop is at the front of the building on Adelaide Rd. The service is busy and you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary Team. An expectation of the role is that you will be able to adapt as needed to change focus, on the Category of Intake role as required, along with an aptitude to assess risk and elevate a referral if the need arises.
