About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh. This role will be based in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana). This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Reporting to the Placement Leader, this role aims to develop and execute various initiatives to implement the Placement strategy defined for Marsh.

• Conduct detailed analysis of existing insurance programs, identifying improvement opportunities and recommendations for optimization.
