Insurance Manager

Location: Madrid, Spain

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s global insurance program across all assets, subsidiaries, and corporate activities
• Manage the end‑to‑end insurance lifecycle, including policy origination and renewal, risk transfer, claims management, bonding, and M&A related insurance (e.g., W&I)
• Work closely with Asset Management, Development, Legal, Finance, and M&A teams to ensure that operating assets, projects under construction, corporate liabilities, and transaction risks are adequately insured
• Serve as the key liaison with insurance brokers, underwriters, loss adjusters, and legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions (Spain, France, UK)
