We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh. This role will be based in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana). This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. Reporting to the Placement Leader, this role aims to develop and execute various initiatives to implement the Placement strategy defined for Marsh. The chosen person will be responsible for negotiating with national and international insurance markets for insurance programs for clients and prospects, ensuring the best solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. The Placement Specialist will work closely with the entire Marsh Group structure (particularly with the Client Management and Sales teams) to create the best value proposition for their clients.
