**Job Description**

Seeking a seeking dependable and safety‑focused Construction Technician/Insulator to join our growing team in Grand Rapids. This role supports commercial and residential construction projects through the installation of thermal and air‑sealing insulation systems. Technicians work as part of a field crew to install fiberglass, spray foam, and cellulose insulation while maintaining quality, safety and productivity standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare job sites for insulation and waterproofing work by performing detailed prep and cleanup tasks.
+ Scrape excess insulation from joists, trusses, and other structural elements to ensure clean, even surfaces.
