You will use basic hand and power tools, assist with material handling, and learn the full insulation process under experienced supervision. **Responsibilities**

+ Perform extensive prep work and cleanup to ready job sites for insulation and waterproofing activities.
+ Scrape excess insulation from joists, trusses, and other structural components to ensure clean and even surfaces.
+ Assist in the setup and operation of hoses connected to 55-gallon drums of spray foam insulation under supervision.
