Summary
Bends stainless metal tubing, according to specifications, for use in compressor packages by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Plans tubing job by laying out stainless metal tubing to fit connections on a compressor package.

+ Cuts tubing to required length using a hand tool.

+ Beads, burrs, and flares tubing.

+ De-burrs inside diameter after cutting.

+ Bends tubing by hand using bending tools to conform to required routing on compressor package.

+ Connects tubing to compressor packages using appropriate fittings, and secures tubing, as required.

+ Checks tubing connections.

+ Air tests all tubing runs.
