The primary role of this position is to perform basic to advanced compliance evaluations to support development, sustaining and production of instruments for environmental and instrument compliance. Performs compliance approvals of engineering changes, enters and maintains compliance data in the Agile PLM system to ensure compliance of new products and continued compliance of current products to the regulatory requirements of relevant global laws and regulations.

Essential Functions:

+ Used standardized procedures to apply country and state restrictions
+ Stays current on product compliance regulations and helps ensure product compliance. Collaborates on any changes to environmental standards and regulations and impacts to product compliance process including RoHS, REACH, CEPA, TSCA, POPs
