Our is seeking to expand its part-time faculty Ethnic Studies pool, both online and in-classroom courses. The primary responsibility of the Ethnic Studies Instructor is to provide quality teaching both online and in-classroom in a full range of community college Ethnic Studies courses which may include; Historical Racial & Ethnic Issues, Contemporary Racial & Ethnic Issues; etcetera.

Beyond the required education and experience, instructors must have a passion for what they teach and have teaching styles that support student success. Instructors are responsible for following Division and College procedures in support of teaching and learning.

This is an application pool posting for academic year 2025-2026. The assigned location for this position is at the Lane Community College’s main campus located in Eugene, Oregon.
