Responsibilities

• To provide professional teaching capability to support learning and development across FSC courses, fire & rescue service qualifications and wider private sector training.
• To undertake the duties of an instructor, including delivering feedback to delegates and, when required, acting as a syndicate lead as part of personal development.
• To ensure the health, safety and welfare of learners, colleagues and visitors, and to deliver training off‑site at other venues.
• To support the FSC annual delivery plan by actively seeking opportunities, broadening skills to support the requirement for delivery tutors to be skilled in a range of specialist areas, and assisting with the delivery of courses that fall outside of these.
