Instructor-Continuing Care Assistant-Continuing Education Contract (SPCR-105 Personal Care 2)

This contract position involves teaching Continuing Education courses in geriatric care to students, facilitating online and lab components, and ensuring high-standard instructional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Check links and content prior to the start of the course, update resources as needed, communicate with students regularly, mark assignments, monitor student progress, provide timely and constructive feedback, manage and review exam submissions as required, and finalize official grades.
• Create an outline for the lab day(s), prepare the room and supplies prior to the start time and clean up afterwards, teach and demonstrate skills, provide scenarios and answer students’ questions, complete performance skill testing as required, and submit any required paperwork to Continuing Education.
